Subaru and The Upcoming Generation of Readers

As part of the Subaru Love Promise, the Subaru brand makes it a priority to give back to the community in any way possible. From fundraisers and benefits to volunteer work and assisting local community non-profit organizations, Subaru offers their assistance wherever it’s needed around one of the many Subaru dealers spread across the nation.

Recently on March 5, 2019, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey alongside Subaru of America Inc welcomed the unveiling of a new reading oasis at the Forest Hill Elementary School. Subaru volunteers assisted in building the reading oasis which creates a safe and sound area for immediate book access for young students. The Subaru team also provided hundreds of books and audio books to boost literacy and education for the youth.

The new Reading Oasis at Forest Hill Elementary is just one of the many that are undergoing construction in Camden City and other Elementary schools like Riletta Twyne Cream Family School and US Wiggins Elementary will soon have reading Oasis’ of their own!
