Subaru of America Honors the National Park Foundation with Stunning Display at Automotive Show in NY

Subaru owners pride themselves with their love for the outdoors and the automaker aims to please their thoughtful customers by being one of the largest corporate partners to the National Park Foundation. Subaru of America, Inc. unveiled a stunning display at the 2019 New York International Auto Show to honor their support for the National Park Foundation.

Inside the display, attendees are dropped into a 360-degree, floor-to-ceiling experience that engages all the senses to highlight and bring to life some of the most iconic national parks to introduce the all-new 2020 Subaru Outback. Amongst the trees and atop a pile of rocks lies the 2020 Subaru Outback completely covered patiently waiting to be unveiled.

Visitors can sit upon benches located directly in front of the display of the 2020 Outback much like any hikers can take a seat on top of a mountain to enjoy the view. The background changes as each National Park is shown with a mesmerizing fog that eventually gives way to the new 2020 Subaru Outback as it rises above the rock formation.

The display not only unveils the 2020 Subaru Outback but also is a testament of Subaru’s commitment to the environment and their goal for future generations to enjoy earth’s natural wonders for years to come. The exhibition covers over 10,000 square feet and displays all sights, sounds, scents, and climates of these jaw-dropping landmarks with the help of live plants, impressive technology, and a combination of recycled and sustainable materials.

This display resonates, even more, knowing that they created the show with sustainable materials wherever possible and Subaru plans to reuse elements in future automotive shows, events and donate or recycle all other portions where necessary.

Since 2013, Subaru has provided nearly $20 million in support of the National Park Foundation through programs and projects that reached over 100 national parks to help protect and increase public awareness and engagement. Overall, Subaru believes that they would not be doing their job if they aren’t making a positive impact on the world
